STRONG Nation Classes with Julie Meredith

Class times: Wednesdays 7:00-8:00 PM, Fridays 9:30-10:30 AM

Description: Stop counting reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more!

Zumba Classes with Julie Meredith

Class times: Mondays 7:00-8:00 PM

Description: A cardio-dance workout that combines Latin and international music with choreographed steps. It's designed to be fun and effective, and suitable for people of all fitness levels

Core Strong with Aimee Young

Class times:

Mondays 6:30-7:30 AM & 6:00-7:00 PM
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 AM & 6:00-7:00 PM
Fridays 6:30-7:30 AM

Description: These full-body workouts mindfully start with CORE activation, MOBILITY, and STABILITY exercises that bring life-changing AWARENESS into your own unique body. You then have the opportunity to SAFELY practice using your new insights in a combination of exercises that will improve your deeper core strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Think yoga "meeting in the middle" with strength exercises and cardio circuit training. We take the best of it all and package it up for you. Our coaches not only provide positive encouragement but empower you to always customize your workout to feel safe, confident, and most importantly that you are still HAVING FUN!!
